One Bloor East Project Site
Great Gulf Homes confirmed an affiliate of the company has entered into an agreement to purchase the One Bloor East Project Site pictured above.
Information for hundreds of anxious buyers that purchased the original Bloor Yonge Condo site, once envisioned as Canada’s tallest Condo-Hotel, were still forthcoming.
Great Gulf will take ownership of the One Bloor East project site in mid-September and in the meantime they are developing plans for a mixed-use project.
Bazis International has said all Toronto Real Estate buyer deposits are protected as required under Ontario’s Condominium Act.
The future of the original One Bloor Condos will be known shortly but we doubt that the immense scope of the original plans will be developed.
There are still many, many, choices for Toronto Condos downtown with a wide choice of locations and prices.
