Cityplace Condos
A recent report shows Cityplace Condos are becoming one of the most successful planned neighbourhoods in Toronto.
Driving through the already built Cityplace development we can find public spaces and adequate sidewalks where residents can walk to their downtown workplace or to Union Station to catch public transportation throughout the Greater Toronto area.
The newer West Cityplace Condos are now including retail offices and even a super market on the street level.
Cityplace Condos do have a Vancouver connection with their Vancouver Concord Adex developers and even one major Toronto newspaper reporter grew to appreciate the new neighbourhood being constructed over time, on the once neglected railway lands.
Cityplace Condos has received many detractors however the residents that live there, are all young Toronto professionals who for whatever reason can and will continue to call Cityplace, home.
