Foreign home buyers in Vancouver included Chinese, Middle Eastern, the U.S. and Europe.
A recent report by Colliers International said Metro Vancouver Real Estate was now in the same category as New York, London and other major global cities, attracting the world for a variety of reasons.
Toronto continues to attract thousands of similar immigrants yearly and more and more Condos are under construction to accommodate their needs.
